Warranty & Returns
Every Motocubby product is made to order — printed in-house after you place your order. That changes how returns work, but it doesn't change the commitment: if something's wrong, I'll make it right.
Returns
Because each piece is made specifically for your order, I'm not able to accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. That's the nature of made-to-order manufacturing, not fine print.
Fitment and compatibility issues are handled differently. If something doesn't work on your bike and it should have — wrong year, wrong variant, or an error on my end — reach out and I'll send the correct part or issue a full refund. I'd rather resolve it than leave you with something that doesn't fit.
Warranty
All Motocubby products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects under normal riding use, starting from your order ship date.
What's covered:
- Structural failure under normal load
- Mounting system failure (tabs, hardware, attachment points)
- Delamination or material separation
What's not covered:
- Crash or impact damage
- UV fade or cosmetic wear over time
- Damage resulting from modifications or non-standard mounting
- Parts lost in transit or on the road
These designs have a lot of hours behind them, and I stand behind how they perform. If something fails under normal use, I'll replace it.
How to Submit a Claim
Email bryant@motocubby.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A photo or two showing the issue
- Your current shipping address
I'll follow up within 1–2 business days. For international orders, return shipping isn't required — photos are sufficient to assess the issue and move forward with a resolution.
