Returns are easy, and if something's not right, we'll make it right.
You've got 30 days from the day your box arrives to start a return, for any reason. All we ask is that the item comes back unused and uninstalled — basically the way it showed up.
Starting a return: Email bryant@motocubby.com with your order number and I'll send you a prepaid return label and where to ship it. Please check in first rather than sending it back on your own — that's just so the label and address line up and your refund doesn't get lost.
Return shipping is on us. The prepaid label is covered. You won't pay to send something back.
If it doesn't fit, or shows up damaged or defective — that's on me, and I'll fix it. Send a photo and your order number to bryant@motocubby.com and we'll sort out a replacement or a refund, your call. Fit is the whole point of these boxes. If yours isn't right, I want to know.
Refunds: Once your return lands and I've had a look, I'll approve it and put the refund back on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank can take a few extra days to actually show it. If it's been more than 15 business days since I approved the return and you still don't see it, email me.
Exchanges: Easiest path is to start a return and place a new order for the variant you want. If that's a hassle for any reason, just email me and I'll work it out with you.
Exceptions: Items that come back used or installed may not qualify for a full refund — reach out first and we'll figure it out.
EU riders — your 14-day right to cancel: If your order shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The same condition rules apply — unused and uninstalled, with proof of purchase.
