Shipping policy
Where your gear's at, and when it'll show up.
Every box is 3D-printed to order, in-house — I don't keep a shelf of pre-made stock. So there's a short build window before yours ships: usually about a week, sometimes a little less. Once it's printed, packed, and on the truck, tracking hits your inbox.
Shipping rates:
- United States: Free on orders over $75 — a flat $7.99 under that.
- Everywhere else: $14.99 flat, anywhere on the planet.
Quick tip: a Nomad plus a Drifter clears the $75 line, so the second box basically ships itself.
Transit time: US orders usually land within a few business days of shipping. International transit varies by country and customs — figure one to two weeks once it's moving, occasionally longer if customs takes its time. The build window comes first, then transit on top.
International orders: Checkout and shipping outside the US run through Global-e, which becomes the merchant of record for your order. In plain terms: they handle the currency, duties, and import side so your box clears customs cleanly and you're not hit with surprise fees at your door. You'll see the full price — duties included — before you pay.
Tracking: Goes out the moment your order ships. If it's been more than a week past the build window and you still haven't seen tracking, email bryant@motocubby.com and I'll check on it.
